【摘要】 目的评价负压吸引球在乳腺癌根治术后的应用效果。方法经随机分组 ,就切口Ⅰ期愈合率、皮瓣坏死率及住院天数进行对比分析。结果乳腺癌术后应用负压吸引球提高了Ⅰ期愈合率 ,降低了皮瓣坏死率 ,缩短了平均住院时间。结论负压吸引球操作简便 ,安全可靠 ,经济实用 ,是乳腺癌根治术后引流有效的方法之一更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the effect of negative pressure absorbing ball in the treatment of breast cancer. Method Patients were randomly divided into groups. Then the recovery rate of phase I cut, necrosis rate Of skin flap and days for hospitalization were compared. Results The application of negative pressure absorbing ball has increased the recovery rate of phase I cut,and reduced the necrosis rate of skin flap and days for hospitalization. Conclusion The negative pressure absorbing ball is a effective, safe, economical and easy to use method of drainage for radical cure operation of breast cancer.更多还原
