【摘要】 目的探讨骨科病人失眠的护理 ,满足病人休息与睡眠的需要。方法对 84名骨科住院病人睡眠状况及失眠的相关因素分析的基础上 ,提出了相应的护理措施 ,并进行效果评价。结果实施护理措施前后患者的睡眠状况后组优良率明显高于前组 (P <0 .0 0 0 1) ,护理措施有效率高达 90 5 % (P <0 .0 0 0 1)。结论护理措施的实施对骨科失眠病人是有益的 ,护士的责任心、医学及相关学科知识水平的提高是护理措施得以及时有效实施的保障。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the nuring measure of insomnia for patients in bone department.To meet the needs of rset and sleep for patients.Method 84 cases patients in bone department were selected and analyzed the sleep status and insomnia, the nursing measure was put forward, practice and evaluated.Result The sleep quality for patient who has nursing measure is batter than that patient without nursing measure.( P <0.001) the effective rate is reached to 90.5%.Conclusion The nursing measure is useful for improving patients’ sleep quality.The unrse’s sense of responsibility,medical and related knowledge are the base to improve and carry these nursing measure.更多还原
