小吊瓶输液的加药高度和药液入瓶次序探讨

【摘要】 对小吊瓶输液加药的吊瓶高度,药、液入瓶次序与药液混匀度的关系进行分析和比较。结果表明:吊瓶高度是限制未混合药液先滴的因素;不同的药液入瓶次序药液混匀度差异有显著意义(P<0.001)。实验提示:吊瓶体在加药者腰间,使吊瓶底距床面31~36 cm(约 1/3m)高或使标准吊瓶(简称吊瓶)的茂菲氏管垂直降至床单(床沿)的上下沿间时先加药后加液体,不摇动瓶体可使药液充分混匀,不发生纯药先滴现象;先加液体后加药的药液混匀度受气温、药液量、浓度和性质、药液注入动力和高度影响需摇匀,常致药液外溢。故建议小吊瓶输液加药时把吊瓶体放至腰间后,先加药后加液体,再把吊瓶放回原高度。

【Abstract】 To studyrelationship among the battle’s height of adding drug, the adding order ofdrug solution and the mixed extent of drug solution. The relationship among the three factors were analyzed and compared. The results show that the bottle’s height during adding drugs is the control factor for the unmixed drugs dropping in advance. There is significant difference in the drugs mixed extent between different adding orders of drug solution (P < 0.01). the result indicated when the hanging bottle lies to the conductor’s waist level,the height between bottle’s lies to the conductor’s waist level and the height between bottle’s bottom and bed’s surface be 31 ~ 36 cm(about 1/3 meter) or let the standard hanging bottle’s Mof’s pipe vertically descend at the upper lower edge of bed sheet (bed plank), the added drug solution will be mixed without fore dropping. The drug’s mixing extent is influenced by temperature, drugs quantity. Concentration and character. It’s concluded that during the conducting of a small hanging bottle’s transfusion, the small hanging bottle should be placedin conductor’s waist level, then add drug into the bottle earlier than solution, and put it back to the former bottle’s height.
