【摘要】 目的:探讨硬膜外麻醉辅用咪唑安定氯胺酮对腹腔镜手术患者平均动脉压（MAP）的影响。方法:回顾分析92例行此麻醉方法患者于注药前、注咪唑安定、注混合药及术中10min、30min时的血压。结果:注混合药后血压各值明显低子注药前（P<0.05）,且较平稳。结论:腹腔镜手术患者行硬膜外麻醉同时辅用咪唑安定和氯胺酮,术中血压下降且保持平稳。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the influence of the epidural anesthesia, midazoian and ketamine on the MAP of laparoscopic operation patients. Methods: The MAP of 92 cases of laparoscopic operation patients were analysed respectively at the different time of operation. Results: The MAP of patients after the injection of mixing medicine was significant lower and more stable than that before the injection(P< 0.05). Conclusions: The MAP of laparoscopic operation patients is lower and kept stable during the operation by using epidural anesthesia,midazoian and ketamine.更多还原
