【摘要】 目的:探讨治疗先天性后鼻孔闭锁的手术方法。方法:用鼻内窥镜检查结合轴位CT扫描诊断本病。在鼻内窥镜下经鼻手术彻底切除闭锁组织,术后定期复查,用激光去除创面肉芽或回缩组织,扩大造口,保持后鼻孔通畅。结果:用此法治疗1例,随访1年,疗效满意。结论:鼻内窥镜下经鼻手术激光切除闭锁组织清晰、彻底、出血少,效果好。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To study the method of treating congenital choanal atresia.Methods; Nasal endoscopy and axial CT scanning were important for establishing the diagnosis. Endoscopic and laser plastic operation can complete resect atresia plate. Postoperative resection of the granulation and rebound tissue by laser was important to remain nasal patency. Results: One case with congenital choanal atresia was treated with the procedure mentioned above and was followed up for one year. The effect was good. Conclusion: Endoscopy and laser operation for choanal atresia has following advantages of clear field of vision, complete resection of atresia plate and less Heeding. It is an excellent method worthy to be recommended.更多还原
