陶瓷粉末冷等静压成形密度缺陷模拟分析
FEM Analysis of Density Flaw of Ceramic Powders during Cold Isostatic Pressing
【摘要】 采用大型有限元软件MSC .MARC对陶瓷粉末成形件冷等静压成形过程进行了有限元数值模拟 ,对有关数值模拟技术问题进行了详细讨论。模拟了陶瓷粉末成形件冷等静压成形时的陶瓷粉末流动及密度分布情况 ,分析了陶瓷粉末成形件出现密度不均现象的原因。研究结果有助于对等静压工艺进行优化设计
【Abstract】 The FEM numerical simulation to imitate the CIP process of ceramic powder component is introduced by the aid of the FEM software MSC.MARC. The technique problems of FEM are fully discussed. The flow of the ceramic powders and the distribution of the density are analyzed with the aid of FEM software. It is shown that the geometry figure of the ceramic powder component and shape of mandril have great influence on the consolidation of powder component. The simulation results are useful for the optimization design of the isostatic pressing technique.
