固态反应法合成TiC
Synthesis of TiC by Solid-state Reaction
【摘要】 采用X射线、电子探针、DTA等方法 ,研究了Ti和C粉在机械合金化过程中的结构转变、晶粒度、颗粒度、形态、组织特征及微观结构变化规律。结果表明 ,通过自蔓延的模式在 2小时左右可以生成纳米晶体TiC ,TiC的晶粒度随球磨时间的延长变小 ,10小时可达 7nm。晶格常数开始稍微变大 ,随后变小
【Abstract】 The structural change , crystallite size , particle size , lattice parameter , changing rules of microstructure of elemental Ti , C powders during mechanical alloying have been investigated by EPMA , X ray diffraction and DTA. The results show that nanocrystallite TiC compounds can be formed by the self sustaining reaction after about 2h milled. the crystallite size of the TiC powers decreases with the increasing of the milling time, can reach 7 nm by milled 10h. The lattice parameter of TiC compounds becomes larger than the normal values, then decreases after futher ball milling.
