自蔓延制备Cu-TiC的研究
A Research on preparing Cu-TiC by SHS
【摘要】 通过电弧点燃方式进行Cu/TiC的自蔓延高温合成研究 ,用粉末Ti,C ,Cu为原料 ,按照如下质量分数进行配料 :90 %Cu +10 % (Ti+C) ;80 %Cu +2 0 % (Ti+C) ;70 %Cu +30 % (Ti+C) ;6 0 %Cu +4 0 % (Ti+C) ;5 0 %Cu +5 0 % (Ti+C)。应用热力学计算和差热 (DTA)分析、X线衍射、光学显微镜等分析手段研究了自蔓延高温合成合成工艺和燃烧产物Cu/TiC的微观组织
【Abstract】 Self-Propagating High Temperature-Synthesis (SHS) of (Cu-Ti-C) ignited by electric arch was studied. Raw powders are Ti, Cu and C . The composites of (Cu/TiC) are as follows:90%Cu+10%(Ti+C);80%Cu+20%(Ti+C); 70%Cu+30%(Ti+C); 60%Cu+40%(Ti+C); 50%Cu+50%(Ti+C). Microstructure of (Cu/TiC) and process of SHS were analyzed by DTA, XRD, Optical microscope and Thermal dynamics calculation.
