【摘要】 目的　探讨皮肤平滑肌瘤的临床病理表现。方法　观察并分析 2 0 3例皮肤平滑肌瘤的临床病理表现。结果　该病发病率 0 .11% ,男∶女为 1∶ 1.5 ,2 0～ 6 0岁者占 85 .5 5 % ,下肢多发 5 9.6 1% ,疼痛 46 .31% ,术前临床确诊率0 .98% ,恶性 2 .96 % ,血管平滑肌瘤 77.83% ,毛发平滑肌瘤 19.2 1% ,其中发生于外生殖器者 4.92 %。结论　近年皮肤平滑肌瘤发病率有所提高 ,常见于中青年 ,女性多见 ,好发下肢 ,少数在外生殖器 ,疼痛是本病主要症状 ,有血管及毛发平滑肌瘤之类型 ,易误诊 ,少数为恶性 ,首诊彻底切除肿瘤是治愈的关键更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To discover the clinical and pathological expression of skin leiomyoma.Methods:The clinical and pathological expression in 203 cases with skin leiomyoma were observed and analysed.Results:The morbidity of skin leiomyoma was 0 11%.The proportion of man to woman was 1 to1 5.85 55% in 20 to 60 years old,59 61% on the legs,46 11% cases with pain.Corrective diagnose rat was 0 98% before operation.2 96% cases were malignant,77 83% cases with angioma leionyoma,19 21% cases with skin hair leiomyoma.Among them there were 4 94% on the external genital organs.Conclusion:The morbidity of skin leiomyoma is raising now.It is more occured in middle and young female.The cases more occur on the legs and little occur on the external genital organs.Pain is main symptom.There are two types in angioma and skin leiomyoma.It is easily wrong diagnosed.A little cases are malignant.It is important to cure this disease that the tumours are totally removed at first time.更多还原
