【摘要】 目的　探讨端粒酶在胃肠道恶性肿瘤癌组织和癌旁正常组织中的表达及其临床意义。　方法　应用端粒酶 PCR- EL ISA检测法检测胃癌 11例、结肠癌 14例及 2 5例癌旁正常组织中的端粒酶活性。　结果　 2 5例胃肠道肿瘤组织中 2 1例端粒酶呈阳性 (84.0 % ) ;2 5例癌旁正常组织中 5例阳性 (2 0 .0 % )。癌组织和癌旁正常组织中端粒酶的表达均与肿瘤临床病理特征无关。癌旁正常组织存在端粒酶阳性表达的病例 ,病理上多伴有不典型增生或癌细胞的浸润转移。　结论　端粒酶可作为实质性肿瘤早期诊断的辅助指标 ;对癌旁正常组织中端粒酶阳性的患者加强观察 ,有助于早期发现某些胃肠道恶性肿瘤的术后再发或复发更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective\ To evaluate the role of telomerase activity in the carcinomas tissue and normal tumor\|adjacent noncancerous tissues of human gastroenteric tract neoplasms.\ Methods\ Telomerase activity in tumor samples,including 11 gastric and 14 colonic, was examined by a novel telomerase PCR\|ELISA assay.\ Twenty\|five samples from normal tumor\|adjacent tissues were also assayed.\ Results\ Twenty\|one of 25(84 0%) tumor samples and 5 of 25(20 0%) normal adjacent tissue specimens were positive for telomerase activity regardless of tumor size, histological grade and tumor stage.\ Almost all telomerase positive tumor\|adjacent non\|cancerous exist displasia,infiltration and/or metastasis.\ \{Conclusion\}\ Telomerase may be a good diagnostic biomarker for human gastroenteric tract tumor.\ The determination of telomerase activity in resected non\|cancerous tissues may be helpful in predicting postoperative recurrence and/or malignant transformation in human gastroenteric tract neoplasms. \;更多还原
