【摘要】 目的　探讨细胞粘附分子 - 1(ICAM- 1)在腺样囊性癌中的表达及其临床意义。　方法　采用免疫组织化学 SP法检测 31例腺样囊性癌中 ICAM- 1表达情况。　结果　在腺样囊性癌腺样管状型、混合型、实体型中ICAM- 1表达率为 88.2 4% ,6 6 .6 7% ,2 5 %。 31例原发肿瘤最大直径≥ 3 cm者无 1例高表达 ,直径 <3 cm者有 12例高表达 ,12例复发或淋巴结转移 ;ICAM- 1在直径≥ 3cm和复发转移组中的表达显著低于直径 <3cm及无复发转移者 (P<0 .0 1)。　结论　涎腺腺样囊性癌 ICAM- 1的表达与组织分化程度、肿瘤进展及复发、转移有关 ,ICAM- 1高表达者复发转移较低。 ICAM- 1可作为预后指标更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective\ To study the expression and clinicopathological significance of inter\|cellular adhesion molecule\|1(ICAM\|1) in salivary gland adenoid cystic carcinoma(SGACC).\ Methods\ The SP immunohistochemical method was used to examine the expression of ICAM\|1 in 31 cases of SGACC.\ \{Results\}\ The positive rates of ICAM\|1 in classic cribri\|tubiform, mixed and solid patterns of SGACC were 88 24%, 66 67% and 25 00%.\ The expression of ICAM\|1 related to the diameter of primary carcinoma.\ None in 9 cases with tumor larger than 3 cm showed high expression, while 12/22 cases with tumor smaller than 3 cm had high expression.\ The expression of ICAM\|1 in cases with recurrence, lymph node metastasis or tumor larger than 3 cm in diameter was obviously weaker than those without recurrence or lymph node metastasis, or with tumor less than 3 cm(P<0 01).\ Conclusion\ The expression of \{ICAM\|1\} in SGACC correlates with their differentiation, recurrence and metastasis.\ The cases with \{higher\} level expression of ICAM\|1 have low rate of recurrence and metastasis, thus indicating it is a stronger anticancer immunity.更多还原
