【Abstract】 This paper mainly discusses the problem of the urban land intensive use and takes the Fuzhou, the capital city of Fujian province, as a case city. Based on the current situation analysis of the urban land use, the authors summarize the characteristic and existent main limitation of land use in Fuzhou. Therefore, the particularity of the land intensive use has been generalized and according to this connotation the field survey of the project has been put in practice. And then through the building up different evaluation index systems and methods, the authors give the evaluation conclusion about the urban intensive use in Fuzhou. Finally some idea and countermeasure which are beneficial to urban land intensive use have been put forward.更多还原
