【摘要】 在福建罗源一例寄生虫、细菌、病毒综合感染引起的青石斑鱼 Epinephelusawoara严重死亡的病例中 ,发现一种寄生于病鱼脾脏的病毒可能是引起死亡的主要致病因子 .经电镜观察 ,这种病毒粒子为多面球状体 ,其平面观为六角形 ,大小约 2 0 0 nm,类似于真鲷虹彩病毒 ( Iridovirus)和鳜病毒 ( Siniperca chuastsivirus) .青石斑鱼感染该病毒而引起严重死亡的病例目前尚未见报导更多还原

【Abstract】 In a case of virus, bacteria and parasites infection causing serious mortality of Epinephelus awoara cultured in net pens at Luoyuan, Fujian province, a kind of virus found in the spleen was considered as the main factor of the mortality. Under the electronic microscope, the virus is a polyhedron with a hexagonal section. The diameter of the polyhedron is about 200 nm. The appearance is similar to Iridovirus and Siniperca chuastsi virus . This is the first report of the infection of this kind of virus that causes serious mortality of Epinephelus awoara .更多还原
