【摘要】 F31 0 1 2变株是以 Aspergillusoryzae (米曲霉 ) 2 336经 3次紫外诱变处理 ,采用快速筛选方法而获得的突变株 .研究了 F31 0 1 2变株发酵工艺条件 ,经过正交试验得出该突变株最佳发酵培养基为 :玉米淀粉1 0 %、酵母膏 0 .2 %、K2 HPO40 .1 %、Mg SO4· 7H2 O0 .0 5%、KCl0 .0 5% ,p H6.0 .移种量为 1 5% ;每 30 0 ml三角瓶装量 75ml,时间 6天 ;发酵培养基最适温度为 30℃更多还原

【Abstract】 The Aspergillus oryzae 2336 was taken as the original strain after three generation treatment with ultraviolet, and adopting a rapid screening method, the mutant strain F31012 was obtained. The fermentation condition of the F31012 was studied in this paper. Through the orthogonal test, the results showed that the optimum culture medium composition (%)was :corn starch 10, yeast lixivium 0.2; K 2HPO 4 0 1%, MgSO 4·7H 2O 0 05%, KCl 0 05%,pH 6 0; The volume of inoculation was about 15%; 300ml shake filled with 75ml medium; cultivation time of fermentation was six days.更多还原
