【摘要】 闽台的海洋地理环境决定海防是须臾不容忽视的问题。本文从清代闽台区域的海防实践 ,传统海防观向近代海防思想发展的过程 ,论述林则徐、魏源建立外洋海军以为海疆久远之谋的海防思想 ,以及对闽台海防思想较有影响的左宗棠、沈葆桢、丁日昌、刘铭传的海防思想。海防思想的中心是“师夷之长技以制夷” ,这个时期的海防思想对尔后兴起的维新变法思想起了筚路蓝缕的开拓作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 The oceanicly geographical situation of Fujian and Taiwan area has made the coast defence a never being neglected problem. By the means of explaining the practice of coast defence in the Fujian and Taiwan area and process of coast-defence thought developed from the traditional one to the mordern one , the author discusses Lin Ze xu and Weiyuans coast defence thought which took it as a long term object to build an ocean patrolling navy , also discussesthe coast defence thought of Zuo Zongtangs , Shen baozhens , Ding Richangs and Liu Ming chuans , which had greater influence on the coast defence thought of Fujian and Taiwan. The author holds that the core of coast defence thought is "to learn and use foreign technology to fight against foreign countries" .The coast defence thought of this period had played a pioneering role with great hardships in the subsequent rising of the thought of the Hundred Days Reform.更多还原
