低温恒温槽测控系统的设计特点
Low-temperature and constant-temperature box’s interface design and PID adjustment
【摘要】 介绍了以 AT89C5 2为核心的低温恒温槽测控系统的硬件电路和软件的设计特点 .通过 X2 5 0 4 5芯片的使用 ,系统实现了自动化标定与校准 ,整个硬件系统更简单、可靠 ;空气压缩机采用调频技术 ,从而实现了制冷量的 PID调节
【Abstract】 This paper introduces the hardware and software’s design method of low temperature and constant temperature box’s test and control system. It makes the whole hardware system more simply and more reliable by SCM interface circuit’s rational extent. By using X25045 CMOS chip, this system has the function of automatic orientation and calibration. The air compressor of the equipment adopts frequency modulation technique so that turns the PID adjustment of refrigeration into reality.
