【Abstract】 Supply chain management is a typical representative of the management ideas of ’lateral integrity’ In the globally integrated market,the competition between supply chain becomes the principle part of market competitions. Therefore, selecting optimum partners and constructing efficient supply chain to participate in market competitions is a key approch for various enterprises to improve working efficiency. The thoughts, methologies of game theory and information economy is emgloyed expound the conditions for cooperation balance to efficiently maintain in long-term, and determine the internal mechanism for individual node enterprise to efficiently cooperate in long-term.
