运动单元动作电位的计算机仿真研究
Computer Simulation Studies of Motor Unit Action Potentials
【摘要】 建立肌电信号模型 ,并进行计算机仿真研究 ,是研究从复杂肌电信号中提取特征参数新算法性能的基础 .利用一种有效的肌电信号模型 ,对正常运动单元、纤维缺损单元和缺损后恢复 3种情况下的单元动作电位进行了计算机仿真研究 ,通过比较单极和双极针电极时单元动作电位的时域和频域特征 ,解释了单元动作电位产生的机理 ,得到了表征单元动作电位的敏感特征参数
【Abstract】 The establishment of Electromyography (EMG) model and the computer simulation studies are the groundwork to evaluate the performance of novel algorithms which are used to extract feature parameters from intricate EMG signals. An efficient model of EMG is used to simulate motor unit action potentials for 3 different cases: Normal motor Unit (MU), MU losing fibers, MU reinnervating fibers. From the comparison of temporal and spectral features of motor unit action potentials obtained respectively from mono polar and bipolar electrodes, the generation mechanism of motor unit action potentials, as well as the sensitive feature parameters which can describe the motor unit action potentials, is presented.
