【Abstract】 A effective mode of governance releasing knowledge creating potential of all staffs should be designed, which is crucial to sustaining development of knowledge business. The core of knowledge creating motivation is to solve both monopoly and externality of knowledge. The whole motivated covenant focuses on all staffs who covenant. Through all staffs thoroughly sharing organizational increasing value, the whole motivated covenant can solve both monopoly and externality of organizational knowledge, which will adaptable to the environment of new economy.更多还原
