【摘要】 本文首先建立了一个微观经济学模型,指出在存在较高交易费用的情况下,有效率的中介参与交易将优于买卖双方的直接交易。通过对我国科技成果转化及创业过程中相关中介的发展过程分析,指出在网络经济下仍存在各种交易费用,因而有效率创业中介的发展将对创业活动产生积极影响,从而也进一步印证了中介在网络经济时代仍然有存在的必要性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Using the normative economics approach through a microeconomics model and welfare analysis, this article argues that due to the existence of comparatively high transaction cost, transaction through some efficient intermediaries will bring both sides more benefits than the direct transaction between the seller and the buyer. In the second part, an analysis of intermediaries for start-ups in China is made. The authors point out that transaction costs still exist in network economy, so the intermediaries have their own value both for the entrepreneurs and investors, and they will win more opportunities to develop in the new economy.更多还原
