【摘要】 目的　探讨胃癌穿孔的诊治方法。方法　回顾性分析我院 1985年以来收治 8例胃癌穿孔病例的诊治资料。结果　 8例患者均行姑息手术 ,预后差。结论　术中常规取标本活检可避免胃癌漏诊 ;冰冻切片对术式选择有帮助 ;应加强术中脱落细胞处理及术后化疗与随访。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the diagnosis and treatment of perforating gastric cancer.Methods The clinical data of 8 cases of perforating gastric cancer in our hospital since 1985 were retrospectively analyzed.Results All patients received palliative surgical treatment. Their prognosis was poor. Conclusion Surgical biopsies routinely during operaiton could avoid missed diagnosis of gastric cancer. Frozen section is useful of the selection of operative modes. The disposal of desquamated cells during operation and postoperative chemotherapy and follow up should be augmented.更多还原
