【摘要】 目的　探讨原发性腹膜后肿瘤术前评估对手术的指导意义 ,旨在术中能顺利完整切除肿瘤 ,控制肿瘤复发及延迟复发时间 ,提高患者生存率。方法　回顾性分析手术治疗的 6 6例原发性腹膜后肿瘤患者的临床资料。结果　术前的充分评估对手术有重大指导意义 ,使完全切除肿瘤的比率提高 ,肿瘤的完全切除率为 89%。结论　原发性腹膜后肿瘤的术前评估包括两方面 ,术前诊断和手术评估 ,这是手术顺利进行和肿瘤完全切除 ,延长患者生存时间的关键。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the implication of preoerative evaluation for primary retroperitoneal tumor. Methods The clinical data of 66 cases of retroperitoneal tumor with surgical treatment were analyzed retrospectively. Results The preoperative evaluation for primary retroperitoneal could increase the rate of complete resection of tumor to 89%. Conclusion Preoperative evaluation of primary retroperitoneal tumor includes both preoperative diagnosis and surgical operation, which are important to perform operation safely, completely resect tumor and prolong the survival time of the patients with primary retroperitoneal tumor.更多还原
