趋化因子UCK-1对小鼠骨骼肌趋化活性的研究

【摘要】 目的 研究趋化因子UCK - 1对小鼠骨骼肌的趋化活性、生物学效应及其作用机制。方法 将小鼠分为实验组、实验对照组和正常组 ,实验组又分为UCK - 1直接肌内注射于小鼠骨骼肌组 (肌注组 )、电针刺激加UCK - 1肌内注射组 (针刺组 ) ;实验对照组以肌内注射生理盐水替代UCK - 1 ,分别做镜下观察及部分酶染色分析。结果 正常组及实验对照组的小鼠骨骼肌细胞的形态及酸性磷酸酶 (AcP)、三磷酸腺苷酶 (ATPase)未见明显改变 ,而实验组的则有显著改变 ,尤以注射后第 1 0天最为显著 ,同时伴随着明显的单核 /巨噬细胞、肥大细胞等免疫细胞的浸润。结论 UCK - 1具有显著的促骨骼肌增殖的作用

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the chemotaxis of chemotactic factor UCK-1 to rat skeletal muscles and study the biological effect and action mechanism. Methods Rats were divided into experimental group(group A); contrast group(group B) and normal group(group C). Group A were treated with intramuscular injection of UCK-1 and UCK-1 plus electropuncture respectiveiy while group B were intramuscularly injected with physiological saline. Microscopic observation and partial enzyme chromosome analysis were made of each group. Result No obvious change occurred in the form of rat skeletal muscles , AcP and ATPase in group C and group B while these occurred in group A when they were most obvious at the 10th day after injection, accompanied with apparent mononuclear-macrophage and mast cell infiltration. Conclusion UCK-1 has obvious effect on promoting skeletal muscles proliferation.
