【摘要】 目的　探讨吸毒者生理戒断后的心理健康状况及其治疗。方法　选择 12 3例生理戒断的吸毒者为吸毒组和 142名正常人为对照组进行心理测评 ,测评内容包括SCL - 90 [1] 、社会支持评定[1] 、EPQ[3 ,5] 、SAS和SDS自评量表[1] ,然后进行比较。结果　恐怖因子分吸毒组明显高于对照组 (P <0 .0 1) ,而且SCL - 90总分、EPQ神经质量表 (N)、SAS和SDS及社会支持总分低于对照组 (P <0 .0 1)。结论　表明吸毒组有严重心理障碍和个性状况异常 ,在生理戒断后需长期心理治疗和个性矫正更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the mental health status of Drug addicts and its treatment.Methods Mental health of 123 drug addicts (Drug group) and 142 normal People (control group)were assessed by SCL- 90,social support Rating scale,SAS, EPQ and SDS.Results Drug group scored apparently higher in phobia factor than control group( P <0.01),while lower in SCL- 90 total score,score of EPQ, SAS, SDS and social support Rating scale toal Score( P <0.01). Conclusions It indicats that drug addicts have severe psychological disorders and unusua Personality charalteristics and need long-term Psychological treatment and Personality correction ofter detoxication.更多还原
