平圩电厂1号炉水冷壁泄漏原因的分析研究

【摘要】 锅炉水冷壁泄漏是影响电厂安全生产的一大忧患。经对平圩电厂 1号炉水冷壁泄漏原因进行试验分析 ,发现壁温波动产生的交变热应力导致管子产生裂纹是水冷壁泄漏的直接原因 ,而管内工质的放热系数周期性变化可能是壁温波动主要原因。图 2表 2参 4

【Abstract】 Boiler water wall leakages are of the serious accidents that impair the power plant’s safe operation. Tests and analyses carried out on the water walls of Pingwei Power Plant’s boiler No.1 show that cracks in the tubes were caused by the water wall’s temperature oscillations, thus being the dissect consequences of the leakage, while these in turn are the results of periodic changes of the working medium in the tubes.
