营养性缺铁性贫血血清铁蛋白与红细胞铁蛋白的测定及其意义
Detection and Significance of Serum Ferritin and Erythrocyete Ferritin on Childen Nutritional Iron Dificiency Anemia.
【摘要】 【目的】 测定缺铁性贫血 (IDA)患儿血清铁蛋白 (SF)与红细胞铁蛋白 (EF)水平和在IDA治疗过程中的变化及意义。 【方法】 10 2例IDA患儿随机分为三组 ,应用元素铁 10mg/d进行干预 ,A组为 12周疗程组、B组为6周疗程组、C组为病例对照组 ,并设立正常对照组 ;A、B、C各组分别于投药前、服药后第 12周采末梢血测定Hb、ZPP、SF、EF ,第 8周时仅测定Hb。Hb、ZPP采用常规方法 ,SF与EF测定采用末梢血放射免疫法。 【结果】 治疗 12周后SF与EF水平均显著高于治疗前 (P均 <0 .0 1) ,与正常对照组相比 ,SF仍低于正常对照组水平 (P <0 .0 5 )而EF水平则已达到正常对照组水平 (P >0 .0 5 ) ,治疗前后各组EF与SF均呈正相关关系 ,EF与Hb存在正相关关系 ,但与ZPP存在负相关关系。 【结论】 EF对IDA的治疗反应较SF敏感 ,且影响EF的因素较少 ,可作为治疗IDA早期疗效评价指标。
【Abstract】 To detect the levels of SF and EF on IDA childen and to understand it’s change and significance in the treatment. Using sampling methods, 102 IDA childen were grouped by Fe 10mg/d intervention. A childen were treated for 12 weeks. B childen were for 8 weeks. C childen compared with the patient and normal control group was established, Hb、Zpp、 SF、EF of the peripheral blood were detected before therapy and after therapy 12 weeks. Only Hb was determined at 6 weeks. Hb、Zpp were routined. SF、EF of the peripheral blood were detected by radiommunoassary. levels of SF、EF very significantly were increased after 12 weeks( P <0.05). SF、EF levels were decreased in comparisonwith normal control group,but EF level hed been the level of nomal control group( P <0.05). Around the treatment EF of every groups correlated positively with SF. EF correlated positively with Hb,but correlated negatively with Zpp. [Conclusion] The treatment of EF compared with SF wasquick to IDA. Factor influenced EF was lower. We had made EF indication of early curative effect.
