【摘要】 【目的】　探讨慢性运动性抽动 (CMTD)患儿脑电地形图的特点 ,以及与抽动秽语综合征患儿脑电地形图的差异。　【方法】　对 39例CMTD患儿和 31例TS患儿进行脑电地形图的检查和分析。　【结果】　CMTD患儿脑电地形图的异常率为 30 .7% ,TS患儿为 5 4.8% ,两组患儿的异常率有显著差异 (P <0 .0 5 )。两组患儿的脑电地形图均以广泛性慢波增多为主 ,异常特点无明显差异。　【结论】　CMTD患儿有一定程度的脑电地形图的异常 ,但较TS患儿异常率低。脑电地形图异常的CMTD患儿抽动程度相对较重 ,因此症状与TS患儿有更多的相似之处。更多还原

【Abstract】 To identify the BEAM features of CMTD children and the BEAM difference between CMTD children and TS children. The BEAMs of 39 CMTD children and 31 TS children were investigated and analysed. The rate of abnormal BEAM in CMTD children was 30.7%,and was significantly lower than that in TS children which was 54.8%.The characters of abnormal BEAM of two groups were similar. [Conclusion] Some of the CMTD children have abnormalBEAM,but the abnormal rate is lower than that of TS children.The tic symptom ofCMTD children with abnormal BEAM tend to be more severe than those whose BEAM is normal.更多还原
