【摘要】 【目的】　研究儿童智能发育社区干预模式 ,社区内每一个儿童从出生开始得到科学、有效的智力开发至 3岁。　【方法】　①将儿童智能发育社区干预整合进各医院社区卫生服务 ,由社区医生上门向新生儿家长传授小儿全脑开发技术 ,由母亲训练儿童 ,社区医生定期督导并监测小儿智能发育。②用Bayley婴幼儿发展量表测定小儿精神发育指数 (MDI)。③采取整群抽样的方法比较干预组 2 47例小儿 (平均 11个月 )与对照组 10 0例小儿 (平均 15 .6个月 )MDI均值差异 ,数据经统计学处理。　【结果】　 1年内社区干预覆盖全市 45个社区 ,系统干预婴幼儿 5 2 75人 ,占出生总人数的 65 .5 3 % ;社区干预组MDI均值比对照组高 13 .0 2 ;社区干预组精神发育迟缓率为零 ,对照组为 6%。　【结论】　儿童智能发育社区干预模式的应用可以从整体上提高儿童智力水平 ,降低精神发育迟缓发生率更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the model of community intervention for intelligent development in infat that each one was intervented from newborn to 3 years old with scientific and timeless method. Methods Community doctors teached intervention technic to newborm’s parents that incorporated in community hygiene service and surveied mental development index(MDI) with Bayley scale of infant development at given time. Mother trained her infant. Samples were taken in mass and compared the mean of MDI with 247 children taken care of caretakers (Ga) and 100 in control group (Gb). Results In 45 communities 5 275 infants had been carried out for 1 year which were the 65.53 per cent of the totle newborns.MDI mean of Ga increased 13.20 marks and rate of mental retardation was 0%, but Gb was 6 percent. Conclusions Community intervention for intelligent development in infant may improve the intelligent of mass children and decrease the morbidity of mental retardation.更多还原
