【Abstract】 By using titanium tetrachloride and zinc acetate as raw materials,spinel -type ZnTiO 3 ultra -fine particles were prepared with precipitation method,and the forma tion process was also studied by XRD and TEM.The results show that t he well -prepared Zn-TiO 3 ultra -fine particles have the featu res of uniform dispersal,small particle size and large specif ic surface area.更多还原
