【摘要】 大同第一热电厂 8号汽轮机由于设备老化 ,滑销系统卡涩 ,汽缸膨胀不畅等原因 ,使汽缸内部间隙不均匀变化 ,导致动静摩擦 ,引起不稳定强烈振动。通过严格的轴瓦检查和中心调整 ,消除了汽轮机转子及轴系不平衡 ,使机组达到良好的振动水平。更多还原

【Abstract】 As the results of equipmeut aging、sleding system blocking、cylinder expanding block,the inner gap of cylinder in No.8 Unit changes uneven.Finally,unstable vibration occured seriously oweing to the rubbing between still and running parts.By checking and readjustmenting on the unit’s concerned parts,the unbalance on shafts and rotors is improred and No.8 unit operates at a quite good vibration level.更多还原
