【摘要】 目的:观察维生素K1和硫酸镁联合佐治小儿重症肺炎疗效。方法:将162例重症肺炎患儿分为治疗组108例,对照组 54例,治疗组在常规治疗基础上加用维生素K1和 25%硫酸镁静脉点滴,观察其疗效。结果:治疗组气急、紫绀、咳嗽、喘息、肺部罗音的症状消失时间及住院日数均明显缩短。结论:维生素K1和硫酸镁联合应用是佐治小儿重症肺炎有效的药物。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To evaluate the effect of vitamin K1 and magnesium sulfate as a adjuvant treatment for children with severe pneumonia. Methods: On the basis of routine therapy, 108 children with severe pneumonia were treated by vitamin K1 and magnesium sulfate with intravenous drip one time daily while 54 cases without vitamin K1 and magnesium sulfate in the tretmmt period served as control. Results: The resolution time of cough, whttzt, cyanosis and rale in the therapeutic group shortened obviously, and the hospital-ization was less. Conclusion: Vitamin K1 and magnesium sulfate as a adjuvant tretmend for children with severe pneumonia are effective medicines.更多还原
