【摘要】 应用流式细胞术和细胞免疫荧光染色技术 ,对 75例喉癌组织细胞 P2 7基因蛋白的表达进行了定性和定量研究。结果表明 ,喉癌细胞 P2 7基因蛋白的表达与原发灶肿瘤大小、大量吸烟、临床分期、TNM分期呈负相关 ,P2 7基因蛋白阳性表达组五年生存率高于阴性表达组 ,分别为 5 0 .0 % (2 0 / 40 )和 14.0 % (5 / 35 )。结果提示 :P2 7基因蛋白在喉癌的发生发展中起一定作用 ,并可作为判断喉癌生物学行为和预后的一个参考指标。更多还原

【Abstract】 The expression of P 27 protein in laryngeal carcinoma was determined by flow cytometry and immunofluorecence method. There were 75 patients with laryngeal carcinoma (66 males and 9 females, ranging in age from 43 to 76 years old) who consisted of stages Ⅰ and Ⅱ 30, stages Ⅲ and Ⅳ 45. Result showed that the expression rate of P 27 was 60.0%(18/30) in stages Ⅰ,Ⅱ; 46.7%(21/45) in stages Ⅲ,Ⅳ;which was significant difference (\%P<\%0.05). The survival rate of 5\|year was 50.0%(20/40) in the P 27 positive group, 14.0%(5/35) in the P 27 negative group, there was significant difference (\%P\%<0.05). The results suggested that the P 27 protein might play an important role in the development and progression of laryngeal carcinoma and should be used as a reference marker for the assessment of biological behavior and prognosis of laryngeal carcinoma.更多还原
