【摘要】 人们在进行经济建设过程中 ,由于过量索取自然资源 ,加上人口增长过快等因素 ,致使环境恶化加快 ,已经或将要影响到经济的可持续发展。本文以江苏省一些地区不合理采矿 ,导致地面沉降、地裂缝和地面塌陷等地质灾害频发 ,有的已影响到经济建设的进行和威胁到人民生命财产的安全。认识、反思我们以往先开发、再治理 ,急功近利等错误做法 ,并采取必要的措施进行综合整治 ,还人们一个安宁舒适的生产、生活环境。实践再次告诫和提醒人们 :我们不能再以牺牲环境为代价来换取眼前所谓的快速发展 ,否则 ,我们将会受到大自然的惩罚更多还原

【Abstract】 During the process of economical construction,the over exploitation of natural resources in addition to the rapid increasing of population has quicken the worsening of environment,which has been influencing the sustainable development of economy.In some regions of Jiangsu province the unreasonable mining has induced the frequent happening of geological hazards such as ground settlements,ground fractures and surface collapses etc.,and even threatened the safety of peoples’lives and properties as well as the economic construction.The facts remind and warn us that we should not sacrifice the environment in return for the current so called rapid development.更多还原
