CTI技术及其在现代通信中的应用
The Key Technique and Application of CTI
【摘要】 首先介绍了 CTI的概念 ,然后给出了 CTI技术在通信领域中的典型应用及方案实现 ,着重讨论了因特网呼叫中心结构和关键技术 ,最后简要介绍了 CTI的未来发展趋势。
【Abstract】 This paper introduces the basic concept of the CTI and it’s key technique and implementation. Then internet call center is detailedly discussed. After that, the developing tendency of CTI is given out.
