M3000集成电路测试系统输出技术改造
Improvement of the Output Technique of M3000 IC Test System
【摘要】 本文介绍利用计算机对M3000测试系统的打印数据进行采集和处理的技术,分析了接口卡的原理,并讨论了它的设备虚拟驱动程序(VXD)的设计方法。
【Abstract】 We present a method to acquire and process the output data of M3000 IC Test system by computer. In this paper , the structure of interface card and the method of programing its driver are intraduced.
