【Abstract】 The application and development of microwave hydrothermal synthesis piezoelectic ceramic powder are introduced. The microwave hydrothermal vessel was designed and manufactured. The microwave hydrothermal synthesis system is established and the PZT piezoelectric ceramic powder is synthesized, which is uniform distribution, fine crystallization and average crystal dimension less than 2 ?m.
