【Abstract】 By using Chlamydia monoclone antibody and on the principle ofELISA,l09 placentas of pig, cow and sheep and 4 abortive fetuses of pig from local areas were detected by double antibody sandwich method.Positive rate of abortive fetus of pig reached highly 75%, and positive rates of placentas of pig, cow and sheep were 31 .8%, l9.17% and 13%, respectively.更多还原
