传染性法氏囊病的研究进展
Research Progress in Infections Bursal Disease
【摘要】 本文综述了传染性法氏囊病病毒( IBDV)的分子结构与功能的关系。IBDV的抗原变异主要与病毒 VP2蛋白的 2个亲水区有关 ;分子流行病学调查结果显示 ,不同地区分离到超强毒株与欧洲的超强毒株间有相似的来源 ,超强毒株赖以产生的分子基础尚不明确 ,且新的超强毒株不断出现。表达VP2基因的重组疫苗有一定的保护作用
【Abstract】 A review about the relationship between the function and the molecular structure of infectious bursal disease virus (IBDV)is presented. The antigenic modifications in serotype Ⅰ isolates of IBDV was related to the genetic variations in two hydrophilic regions which located in the VP2 gene. The results of moleculur epidemic surveys suggest that very virulent IBDVs from different areas of the World and European very virulent strains are derived from similar origin. There are no clear candidate mutations to account for the enhenced virulence of the very virulent IBDV,and new very virulent stuains are evolving. The recombinant vaccines expressing VP2 gene confess some protection in chickens against IBDV challenge.
