微波-高分子网络法合成微米级LiCoO2
Micron-sized LiCoO2 synthesized by microwave-polymer network process
【摘要】 报道了首次利用微波 高分子网络法合成锂离子蓄电池正极材料LiCoO2 的工艺条件。XRD及SEM测试结果表明 :微波 高分子网络法不仅合成速度快有效节约能源 ,而且颗粒度达到微米级且分散均匀。无需对材料进行任何机械研磨 ,有效克服了传统合成工艺颗粒度大 ,电化学活性点较低的缺点。电化学性能测试表明 :微波 高分子网络法合成的样品同时具有电化学容量高 ,放电平台高 (约 3.8V) ,循环衰减率低 ,循环稳定性好等优点 ,具有较好的推广应用前景。
【Abstract】 Technics of synthesizing micronic LiCoO 2 by microwave polymer network process was reported. The results of XRD and SEM tests show that using microwave polymer network process can greatly improve the synthesizing speed and save energy effectively. The micron sized particles can be achieved by using this method and the particles distribute regularly. Using this method can efficiently overcome the shortage caused by traditional method such as big graininess and less activation center. Results of electrochemistry characters show that samples prepared by microwave polymer network process have higher discharge platform(about 3.8 V)and specific capacity, and have good cyclic stability.
