改性石墨用作锂离子蓄电池负极

【摘要】 通过浸渍的方法在天然鳞片石墨的表面包覆上不同厚度的酚醛树脂 ,然后在N2 保护下于 10 0 0℃炭化 1h制得改性石墨材料 ,应用扫描电子显微镜 (SEM )、X射线衍射分析仪 (XRD)及恒电流充放电等技术研究所得改性石墨材料的表面物理形态、微晶结构及在不同电流密度下的充放电性能。结果表明包覆在石墨表面的具有无定形结构的酚醛树脂炭能够有效阻止石墨在充放电过程中发生层状剥落 ,从而提高了石墨材料的循环稳定性 ,即使在大电流情况下仍然保持了良好的充放电性能。

【Abstract】 The natural graphite was coated with phenol resin by immersion method. After removing the methane solvent, the coated natural graphite was carbonized at 1 000 ℃ for 1 h with N 2 protection, thus the modified graphite was prepared. The surface morphology, microstructure and charge/discharge properties of the modified graphite were investigated by means of SEM, XRD and constant current charge/discharge technology. The results show that modified graphite is prevented from the lamellar exfoliation during the charge/discharge process by the phenol resin carbon with disordered structure, which is coated on the surface of modified graphite. Thus, the cyclic stability of the graphite material is improved and its charge/discharge performance is good even at large current.
