复合添加剂对铅酸蓄电池性能的影响
Effect of complex additives on performance of lead-acid batteries
【摘要】 为了提高电池的容量和充电接受能力 ,并有效地抑制电池的自放电 ,我们选取了四种添加剂进行四因素、三水平的正交试验。添加剂A、C、D均为硫酸盐 ,添加剂B为碳酸盐。通过容量、充电接受能力和自放电试验 ,确定了电池最佳添加剂组合为A3B2 C1D3(8号电池 )。
【Abstract】 Four additives were selected and the four-factor, three-level orthogonal test was carried out in order to improve capacity and charging acceptability of battery and to inhibit its self-discharge. Additive A, B and C are sulphates while additive D is carbonate. The best additive combination for batteries was determined according to the tests of capacity, charging acceptability and self-discharge.
