【Abstract】 Following the biochemistry test, virulence genes and plasmids mapsexamination of the strains of Y.pestis from the northwest part of Jilin province,the further test was done with analysis of chromosome of Y. pestis in this area. There were 8 distinct amplified bands found by PCR finger-print map analysis in these strains of Y.pestis,while the control strain only showed 6 amplified bands.lt was proved that the strains of Y.pestis in this area held their own character.更多还原
