【摘要】 目的 观察氟中毒对家兔肝功损害及肝细胞凋亡的影响。方法　给家兔饮水投氟３个月，采用流式细胞术检测肝细胞凋亡百分率及细胞周期，全自动生化分析仪检测血清蛋白含量和有关酶活性改变。结果　氟中毒家兔肝细胞凋亡随投氟剂量的增加呈上升趋势；血清白蛋白、总蛋白含量较对照组明显降低；血清谷雨转氨酶活性下降。结论血清白蛋白、总蛋白的改变能够反映氟中毒肝损害，但不是氟中毒损害的敏感器官。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe apoptosis of hepatocyte and hepatic injury on fluoric rabbit. Method Rabbit was fed fluroide by drinking for 3 months. The hepatocyte apoptosis was investigated by flow cytometry and the activities of serum enzymes was detected by Automatic Biochemistry Analysis. Results The rate of hepatocyte apoptosis tend to rise on fluoric rabbit. The content of albumin, total protein, triglyceride in rabbit serum distinctly declined. The activity of GPT decreased. Conclusion The changes of serum albumin, total protein can reflect hepatic injury at fluorosis. The liver isn’ t sensitive to fluoride.更多还原
