【Abstract】 JPEG2000 is a new standard established by ISO/ITU-T for the 21st century’s still image compressing applications. So far, PART 1 of it has been finished. In this paper, features and applications of the new standard are described. The realization of JPEG2000 image coding system is explained. In the end, the algorithms and techniques used in JPEG2000 are emphasized.更多还原
