Pr掺杂Bi2Sr2Ca1-xPrxCu2Oy体系维数渡越的研究
INVESTIGATION OF THE DIMENSIONALCROSSOVER IN Pr-DOPEDBi2Sr2Ca)1-x)PrxCu2Oy SYSTEM
【摘要】 研究了Pr掺杂的Bi2 Sr2 Ca1-xPrxCu2 Oy 单晶的三维磁通线向二维饼涡旋的渡越 .发现渡越场B2D随温度的降低而缓慢增大 ,随Pr含量的增加而迅速减小 .认为Pr离子掺杂导致局部超导电性被抑制 ,CuO2 面有效超导面积显著减小 ,削弱了CuO2 层间的Josephson耦合 .
【Abstract】 The crossover from three-dimensional flux lattice to two-dimensional pancake vortices in Pr doped Bi-2Sr-2Cal-xPr-xCu-2O-y single crystals has been studied systematically. The crossover field B-{2D} increases gently with decreasing temperature, but decreases rapidly with the increases of Pr content. Local superconducting area shrinks strongly due to Pr doped, and adjacent CuO-2 layers coupling by Josephson interaction is weakened by the Pr ions as a result.
