用电容传感器测金属杨氏模量的不确定度分析
UNCERTAINTY ANALYSIS OF MRSDUTINHYOUNH’S,MODULUS OF METAL WITH CAPACITIVE DISPLACEMENT SENSOR
【摘要】 本文以变极距电容传感器测量金属杨氏模量为例 ,从工作原理、实验方法、测量结果等方面对测量的不确度进行了分析探讨
【Abstract】 As an example of measuring Young’s modulus of metal with capacitive sensor.It is analyzed that the uncertainty of measurement are carried out from testing principles,experimental methods and measuring results.It showed the measuring methods are convenient and can be done easily and its measuring uncertainty are smaller.
