振动位移幅值的自动测量方法

【摘要】 本文对振动台位移幅值的自动测量方法进行了研究 ,利用迈克尔逊干涉仪原理实现了对微小振动位移的干涉测量。

【Abstract】 This thesis deals with the automatic measurement of the amplitude value of vibration displacement.The interference measurement of microvibration displacement is realized by means of the principle of Michelson interferemeter.
