【Abstract】 On the basis of comprehensively considering the influence of economic value of reliability degree of power supply on consumer side, a new mathematical model of cost benefit analysis and evaluation of power network planning is presented in this paper. Through the analysis and evaluation of a planning for a concrete power system, the application of cost benefit analysis in power system planning is further improved.
