【Abstract】 This paper describes a new species of the genus \%Polypedates\% of Rhacophoridae .The type specimens were collected from the nature conservation region of Mounta in Dawei,Pingbian County,Yunnan Province in 1992,1995 and 1996 and are preserved in the Department of Biology,Life Science and Chemistry College,Yunnan Universi ty,Kunming.
