【Abstract】 The property of frequency for a high-speed photo-detector has been taken into consideration.And a power-amplifier has been studied for wide frequency rang and match.By means of sticking transistor-dies to a porcelain base tab directly,a thick film circuit can been designed accurately.The receiver has a modular struc-ture which fits the international standard.As a result,some property below has been in possession of this photo-electronic receiver.Namely,the frequency band up to860MHz ,the frequency response up to±0.75dB,the gain up to11dB.Moreover,it has high heat-stability.更多还原
